Kumbh Mela, a tour of salvation invites the large gathering from around the globe to become free from the cycle of death & birth. It is the most unique religious event. According to the astrologer, the ‘Kumbh Mela Fair’ takes place when the planet Jupiter enters Aquarius and the Sun enters Aries. Kumbh is detained at four places – At Allahabad (Prayag) that is held at the meeting of three rivers: the holy Ganges, Yamuna, and Saraswati. At Haridwar, it is held on the banks of Ganges. At Nasik, it is held on the banks of Godavari and at Ujjain, it is held on the banks of River Shipra. All devotees come to take the dip in Holy River for purification of the soul. It is the life-changing experience and person feel the peace of mind. PoornaKumbh is held every 12 years and Ardh – Kumbh is held every six years. There are five types of Kumbh Mela: PurnaKumbhMela, Ardha Kumbh, MahaKumbhMela, Magh Mela and Kumbh Mela. We can say that it is the celebration of human spirit and world-famous religious gathering.

Itinerary

Day 1Arrival Delhi

At arrival, you will be given warm welcome by our representatives and will assist you to hotels. With an overnight stay in Hotels.

Day 2Delhi - Varanasi

Today after breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Delhi. First, we proceed to Old Delhi sightseeing:

Qutub Minar –
India Gate –
President House – Night stay in Delhi.

Day 3Arrive - Varanasi

On arrival in Varanasi via Indian Railway (11:55hrs). After a traditional Welcome our representative would assist you at the Railway Station and transfer to hotel. Get fresh and spend some time at the hotel. Will start our first visit to Holy Ganges for Sunset, A perfect time to be by the ghats and experience the Spiritual Bliss by being there for Rituals. Experience the lamp lit by the local priest and put them on the holy Ganges to float and chanting the mantra and holy songs and bazans. Enjoy the spiritual Harmony. Later come back to the hotel. Overnight in hotel.

Day 4Varanasi

Today, Morning will start the Tour of Varanasi Experience the excursion on the river Ganges. People bathe early in the morning to offer the prayers to the rising sun. The two cremation ghats are Manikarnika & Harishchandra where funeral pyre burns Day and night. Every pious Hindu believes that to die in Kashi and to be cremated on banks of the Ganges is to attain release from the cycle of birth and death. Later, take an excursion tour to Sarnath- A Buddhist temples. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5Varanasi - Alahabad

After breakfast drive to Allahabad. On arrival and check in hotel. Get fresh and process to see the Sangam (Meeting point) of the three rivers – Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati. Here the Maha Kumbh Mela is held every 12 years which is a major Hindu festival. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6 Allahabad

After morning breakfast enjoys the Holy dip at the Sangam. Later, reach the point on a boat, half day sightseeing. Sangam – Around 7 km from Civil Lines, the eastern ramparts of the fort, wide flood plains and muddy banks protrude towards the sacred Sangam. At the point at which the brown Ganges meets the Greenish Yamuna, pandas (priests) perch on small platforms to perform puja and assist the devout in their ritual ablutions in the shallow waters. Beaches and ghats are littered with the shorn hair of pilgrims who come to offer pind for their deceased parents. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 7 Allahabad - Delhi

After breakfast will have a day free to explore the town and will be dropped at the railway station for the train to Delhi at (19:25hrs.). Overnight in train.

Day 8 Delhi Out

Today on arrival in Delhi railway station (05:10hrs.) will meet and transfer to Delhi airport for catch the flight to Back home.
