General Information

Best time to visit: May to October Culture: The people of Kullu believe in simple living and perseverance. There is a rich tradition of folk arts in Kullu.

Food: Rice, Lentils, Vegetables and Bread. Non-vegetarian food is also popular and a lot of spices are used such as cinnamon, cloves, red chilies and cardamom.

Climate: In winter the minimum temperature of Manali is -7 degree Celsius. It is the ideal time for snowfall. In summer the temperature vary from 10 degree Celsius to 25 degree Celsius.

How to Reach

By Air: The nearest airport is at Bhuntar about 10 km away from Kullu. Taxis and buses are available here reach Kullu.

By Road: Deluxe and Luxury buses connect Kullu with major cities like Chandigarh, Delhi and Shimla.

Places to visit: Delhi - Kullu Manali - Manikaran - Delhi

Day 1: (Delhi Arrival)

On the arrival at the Delhi IGI airport you will reach Delhi and will be accompanied to the hotel that has been booked in advance. After reaching hotel you can go sightseeing tour in Delhi like go for historical places, shopping in Chandi Chowk etc. After enjoying the day you will return back the hotel for the overnight stay and dinner.

Day 2: (Delhi - Manali)

After having breakfast you will go for Nainital from bus or own vehicle from Delhi. You will check into the hotel Manalil. After refreshment you can go for temple like Hadimba Devi Temple Manu temple etc and then stay in hotel in night.

Day 3: (Manali - Manikaran - Manali)

In morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Manikaran which is located in Parvati valley in the kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. It is the place of both religion Hindu and Sikh. After visiting the Manikaran transfer the Kullu valley for the half day sightseeing tour and snow capped Himalaya. Return to Manali for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: (Manali - Delhi)

Last day you are free for shopping activities and then you will go for back to the Delhi.
